The International Social Worker Exchange Partnership is run by volunteers. If selected to participate in this exchange, you will be expected to become an active participant in ISWEP activities to support hosting local exchanges and the planning for those abroad. Delegates are expected to participate in all activities throughout the exchange and work as a team in order to effectively represent Chicago Social Workers in Birmingham. How do you plan to use and apply this experience (if selected) and once you return from the exchange?
